英国资格与学分框架运行机制及特点

摘    要:英国资格与学分框架(QCF)是英国政府2011年正式实行的全国性资格框架。在相关组织机构的共同协作下,依据固定的运行流程实现对学习者学习成果的认定和资格证书的颁发。在运行机制上表现出了全新的特点:引入灵活化的记录和认可途径、实现不同资格之间的比较和沟通。英国资格与学分框架对于我国资格框架的建立和现代职业教育体系建设提供一定的参考。

Abstract:QCF(Qualification and Credit Framework) was officially implemented as a national qualification framework in 2011. With the cooperation of relative organizations,QCF certificates learning outcomes and award certifications according to fixed operating process. There are some brand new characteristics such as introducing flexible record and certificate methods,comparing and communicating different types of certifications. The QCF could give us some inspirations in establishing qualification framework and even modern vocational education system in China.
