我国城乡教育关系类型的历史演变与发展走向

摘    要:构建城乡一体化的教育体制机制,实现城乡教育均衡发展,需要加强对城乡教育关系问题的研究。城乡教育关系作为一种制度,是指政府在对待和处理农村教育和城市教育问题时所作的一种制度安排。根据制度本身的构成要素,城乡教育关系可以划分为五种类型。在回顾我国城乡教育关系类型演变的基础上,未来城乡教育关系应该定位在目标一致、保障一体、结果均衡上。

Abstract:Constructing integrative system and mechanism of urban and rural education, to achieve balanced development of urban and rural education,we need to strengthen the research of relationship between urban and rural education. As an institution,relationship between urban and rural education refers to an institutional arrangement which government treats and disposes urban and rural education problems. According to the elements of the institution itself,relations between urban and rural education can be classified into five types.Based on the review of type evolution of the relationship between urban and rural education,the future relationship between urban and rural education should be located in the same objectives,guarantee system integration and results balance.
