| 摘 要： | 日本的高等教育在二战后获得了前所未有的发展,实现了由精英教育向大众教育再向普及教育的转变。研究办学体制的内涵及意义,比较两国办学体制的改革历程及特点,为我国的高等教育办学体制改革提供具有价值的借鉴与启示。

| Abstract: | From Elite Education to Mass Education to Universal Access,the higher education in Japan develops remarkably fast after the Second World War.Consequently,it has great significance to study its school-running system.This paper first describes the concept of school-running system and its significance,and then it compares the journey and features of school-running system.Finally the study also expects some suggestions for reference. |
