基于项目化管理的高职院校校园文化建设探讨

工学结合是当前高等职业院校的重点发展方向,其实施给高职院校的教学、管理等带来了深刻的影响和变化。为了适应这种变化,高职院校的校园文化建设必须实现与区域文化、企业文化的多元融合,以此体现高职院校校园文化的特色,充分发挥校园文化在高职院校教育教学中独有的作用。用项目管理的理论和方法能有效解决当前高职院校在校园文化建设方面的一些突出问题,也能为高职院校的发展提供更好的文化氛围。

The Inquiry of the Campus Culture Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Project Management

The combination of higher occupation education is the current key direction of the higher vocational colleges.The implementation of it brings profound influence and changes to the teaching and management of the higher vocational colleges.For being used to these changes,campus culture construction of higher vocational colleges must combine with the regional culture,the enterprise culture,which can embody the characteristics of campus culture in higher vocational colleges,and also can play the unique role of campus culture in Higher Vocational Education.Using of the project management theory and method can solve them effectively and provide better cultural atmosphere for the development of higher vocational colleges.
