| 摘 要： | 制度变迁的根本动因在于制度供给与制度需求的不均衡,制度变迁过程就是制度从…→非均衡→均衡→非均衡→…的持续运动过程,制度供给与需求的非均衡轨迹就形成了制度变迁的轨迹。我国民间资本进入银行业的制度变迁也是遵循这种非均衡轨迹,在制度供给方与制度需求方的多重博奕中,从传统的供给主导型逐步向需求诱致型演进的过程。

| Abstract: | The basic reason of institutional transition is the non-balance of institution supply and institution demand.The process of institutional transition keeps on the continuous route of "…→non-equilibrium → equilibrium → non-equilibrium →…",which is also the non-balance track of institution supply and institution demand.Along on this track,Chinese private capital entering domestic banking is on the way from traditional supply-led institutional transition to demand-led one based on dual games between institutional suppliers and demanders. |
