思想政治理论课教学必须体现时代性，把握规律性。富于创造性，增强实效性。把握规律性就是指把握教学的科学性。思想政治理论课教学的科学性包括很多内容，主旨有三个层面：第一，科学的理念．即教育者应具有科学的教育理念并运用于教育活动中；第二．科学的精神，指要用科学的内容去教育大学生；第三，科学的方法，即用科学的方法进行教学。三者是互相联系、互相影响和互相作用的关系。科学理念是根本，科学精神是核心。科学方法是保证。

Ideological and political theoretical education must represent temporal spirit,grasp the rules,contain creativity and strengthen efficiency.To grasp the rules is to understand the science of teaching,which contains lots of things,such as: scientific theory,the teachers should understand scientific teaching theory and put it into teaching activity;scientific spirit,the teacher should make use of scientific contents to educate students;scientific method,the teacher should make use of scientific methods in teaching activity.The three parts are interrelating,inter-influencing and interaction.Scientific theory is the root,scientific spirit the core,scientific method the assurance.
