| Abstract: | Shortly after the establishment of the Sui dynasty, Tuoben Khan died which was followed by a civil war in the Turks Khan's state caused by the scramble for the Khan's throne. Taking advantage of this Emperor Suiwen Di started his north expedition. Shabenliao Khan's army was defeated, and he begged for peace. And then migrated into Baidaochun south of the Gobi Desert, thus the history of the Turks and the history of Inner Mongolia entered into a new stage. |
