| 摘 要： | 通过分析我国原生性金融产品的发展现状，结合国际趋势，认为建立发展金融衍生市场具有一定的历史必然性。在市场条件基本成熟的情况下，通过逐步完善、优化相应的软环境，建立金融衍生市场是可行的。
