| Abstract: | This paper discusses some basic issues like the intensity, distribution, combination , implementation and inrestigation, necessary measures and reamangement of the responsibility for the management of the documentary circulation system. From the theoretical studies, the paper probes into the foundation for the circulation responsibility distribution of the library, and analyses some concrete problems. |
