自我效能对体操学习的影响

摘    要:运用班杜拉(Albert Bandura)的效能理论,结合陇东学院体操课教学现状,对陇东学院2004级学生体操学习中的自我效能进行调查;结果表明,影响体操学习自我效能的主要原因是学习中的成败经验、替代性经验、身体素质、学习方法与情绪、生理状态等.通过对这些原因的分析,提出改善学生学习心理与行为的有效方法.

Abstract:Via Bandura's self-efficacy theory,along with the status quo of gymnastics teaching in Longdong University,this paper investigates students' self-efficacy in gymnastics studying.It turns out that the main factors influencing self-efficacy in gymnastics studying are studying experience,of success or failure,substitute experience,physical makings,studying methods,mood,and physical state,etc,.Via analyzing these reasons,it puts forward effective methods to improve students' studying psychology and behavior.
