| 摘 要： | 在分析困扰广电改革进程的现实困境的基础上，如地方有线网络的各自为政，有线网与电信网整合的遥遥无期，节目供给不足等，探讨广电媒介的宏观发展，并相信以市场化和渐进式的方式推进广电媒体改革，广电媒体就可以做大做强。

| Abstract: | Through study the difficulties met by the broadcasting and TV media in the course of development, this paper analyzes the macro development of the broadcasting and TV media. The paper holds that if the reform is gradually carried out in the frame of market, the broadcasting and TV media will enjoy a rapid and healthy development. |
