| 摘 要： | 诸行宫都部署院是辽代斡鲁朵的管理机构,下设契丹、汉人行宫都部署司,其职能是对斡鲁朵内各民族的军事、生产、民政等事务进行管理,同时还要扈从圣驾、负责宿卫,守土戍边,防止外族入侵,具有较强的游牧民族特色,在北面官中占有重要的地位。

| Abstract: | The Distribution Ministry in the Imperial temporary palaces is Hanluduo＇s administration in the Liao Dynasty, which includes Qidan＇s and Han＇s Xanadu distribution ministries. They administrate every nation＇ s military affairs, production, civil affairs and other routines, and furthermore, they must accompany the emperor, guard the tent at night, and defend the frontier to prevent foreign invasion, which shows strong ethnic characteristics of nomadic groups and play a very important part in North Official system. |
