摘    要:实践教学是高等本科教育的重要构成,对于非研究性的应用型大学,构建合理的专业性实践教学模块体系是培养应用型人才、提升学生创新能力的重要环节。该文在结合绥化学院食品科学与工程专业的实践教学成熟做法的同时,提出了以提高职业技能为核心的"1+4"实践教学模块体系的初步设想,以转变实践教学理念,改革实践教学的内容与过程。

Abstract:Practice teaching is an important component of undergraduate education.For the non-research applied universities,it is a key link for cultivating practical talents and students' innovation ability to construct a reasonable system of professional practice teaching module.In this paper,while in combination with mature practice teaching practice of Food Science and Engineering of Suihua University,This article puts forward a preliminary idea of "1+4" practice teaching module system to transform practice teaching philosophy and reform practice teaching content and process.
