摘 要: | 班主任在高校学生管理工作中要坚持说服教育、以理服人的原则,这就要求班主任必须具有较强的说理能力。为此,班主任必须要坚定马克思主义信念,提高政治理论水平;要有的放失,把解决思想问题和实际问题结合起来;要讲究说理艺术,坚持平等相待;要塑造自身良好形象,发挥人格力量的作用。

A Brief Analysis of the Improvement of the Arguing Forces of a Class Teacher |

Abstract: | In the work of students' management, class teachers should abide by the principle of educating and persuading students with convincing reasons, which requires that class teachers should have powerful arguing forces. To achieve this goal, a class teacher should have a steadfast belief in Marxism, improve their political and theoretical levels. They should also be aimed at solving both moral and practical problems. They should as well have a good study of the art of arguing and treat students fair. They should set up a good model for students so as to make full use of the power of their personality. |
