| 摘 要： | 连云港市拥有独特的西游文化的自然资源、社会历史资源和人文精神资源,但连云港没有形成独县特色的旅游和文化发展战略,城市缺乏西游文化特色.要采取成立管理机构、制定规划、建立开发机制等措施,将连云港市建成世界知名的以花果生态城、西游文化城和佛道宗教城为内容的东胜神州西游城.

| Abstract: | Lianyungang has the unique natural, social and human spirit resources in the culture of Journey to the West but the special developmental strategies for tourism culture have not been shaped, the city lacks of cultural characteristics. This paper discusses the issue to establish administration organization, make plans, construct exploiting system and other countermeasures to build the world famous Journey to the West Palace of the east Sheng - shen continent which takes Huaguo ecology, culture of Journey to the West, religion, buddhism and Taoism as its contents. |
