摘    要:博客与教师专业成长研究以校园博客为载体,以教师专业自觉和教师教育研修为路径.以教师专业成长为目标,坚持“在教育中”、“基于教学”、“为了学校”三个基本点,借助“专家引领”、“自我反思”、“同伴协进”三种形式全方位、多层面促进教师专业成长,科学地将搭建在互联网上的信息技术载体运用到教师专业自觉、生命成长以及教师研修管理的研究之中,改变了教师培训的他律模式.采用博客的形式促进教师个体的专业自觉和教师群体的专业发展,是校本研修的崭新途径.是学习管理的崭新平台。

Abstract:Study on blog and teacher professional development is carried out by using campus blog as the vehicle, teacher professional awareness and their educational research as the approaches, and their professional growth as the goal. Such study sticks to the three basic points: in the process of education, on the basis of teaching, and for the purpose of school by way of specialist guidance, self-reflection and peer-coordination to promote teacher professional development. The vehicle of information technology via Internet is helpful in studies on teacher professional awareness, life growth and teacher administration, changing the mode of being manipulated by others and serving teachers' professional development.
