关于建设连云港市临洪滨海中心城区的构想

在连云港市猴嘴、朝阳镇和台北盐场区域内建设连云港市临洪滨海中心城区 ,作为该市的经济、政治中心 ,可以将连云、新海东西城区连为一体 ,改变“一市双城式”的不合理格局 ,可以解决建设海滨城市陆域狭窄的问题 ,充分体现海滨城市特色。撤销台北盐场建新城区的成本很小 ,技术条件也具备 ,外地已有先例为鉴 ,现有的城市基础设施和自然条件可得到充分利用 ,建议用 30年时间分为三期进行开发建设
