| 摘 要： | 以信息技术为代表的第三次科技革命浪潮,极大地推动了经济全球化,对国际金融活动也产生了深刻影响.作者首先分析了网络及网络经济的特征,网络化对国际金融的影响;然后重点分析了网络化时代国际金融中心可能的发展趋势,并对上海国际金融中心建设提出了相关政策建议.
