| 摘 要： | 随着中国零售市场的全面开放，外资零售企业加快以并购抢滩中国市场的步伐。外资零售企业在华的并购行为对中国国家经济安全的影响受到越来越多的关注。文章在分析零售企业跨国并购行为对国家经济安全的积极和消极影响的基础上，提出外资零售企业并购行为对国家经济安全影响的测评方法，并对合理引导外资零售企业并购的同时维护国家经济安全提出若干建议。

| Abstract: | With the full opening of Chinese retail markets,foreign retailers have quickened their steps to increase their Chinese market portions by mergers and acquisitions.And there is increasing concern over its impact on Chinese national economic safety.Based on the analysis of its positive and negative impacts,an appraisal approach of the influences is proposed along with suggestions for protecting national economic safety while properly guiding the merger and acquisition activities of foreign retailers. |
