光电耦合器的提速应用研究

摘    要:从光电耦合器的基本工作原理出发,研究限制其工作速度的瓶颈,提出一种通过快速消散发光管存储电荷、从光电耦合器输入端入手提高其工作速度的电路设计方案,并对该方案的有效性进行了理论探讨。实验结果表明,该方案较光电耦合器之常规用法,速度提高明显。

Abstract:From basic principle of photoelectric coupler,the article studies the factors limiting the response speed and puts forward a circuit design strategy.the strategy is quickly dissipating the storage charge in illuminant diode of photoelectric coupler,speeding up the response of its input terminal.Also,the availability of the strategy is discussed.Experimentation shows that the strategy obviously speeds up the response of photoelectric coupler compared with usual design.
