| 摘 要： | 经过20世纪的大发展，在积极应对知识经济挑战的同时，世界高等教育发展的全球化、信息化、大众化和多元化的趋向日益明晰。作为发展中国家，中国高等教育要在世界高等教育发展潮流中享有更大的话语权，就必须深刻反思其背后的本土、人本、公平与大学精神等价值内涵，从而成功实现中国高等教育的时代价值与历史使命。

| Abstract: | This paper argues that in meeting the challenge of knowledge economy,the world's higher education has begun to show a clear and gradual tendency of globalization,informationalization,massification and multiplication.If China,as a developing country,wants to play an important role in the progress of world's higher education,she must reconsider the value of nativeness,human-oriented ideal,equity and university spirit.Based on above points,value of the times and the historical mission of Chinese higher education can be realized successfully. |
