| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来,随着环境保护事业的发展,中国公众参与环境保护的广度和深度都有较大的发展,但由于我国现有法律制度建设的缺失,使得生态NGO在我国环境保护中的作用不能得以充分发挥。必须通过完善我国的诉讼法律制度建设,为生态NGO的发展提供更宽松的法律环境和更有力的法律支撑,以更好地发挥生态NGO在环境公益活动中的作用。

| Abstract: | Since 1990s,along with the development of the cause of environmental protection,China public participated in environmental protection more widely and deeply.However,the deficiency of our current legal system construction prevents ecological NGO from playing an important role in China environmental protection.Laws of procedure in China must be perfected in order to provide a better environment and more forceful support for the development of ecological NGO so that it can play its role in public welfare activities. |
