On Value Orientation of the Operation Model of National College Entrance Examination

Starting from the "people-oriented" theoretical perspective, the article suggests that it is neces- sary to lead the National College Entrance Examination reform with the modern outlook on examinations, to make the National College Entrance Examination serve the candidates and the higher education institutions in selecting talents; to diversify the examination contents, examination forms and examination standards; and to safeguard the justifiable rights of the examination candidates.
