| 摘 要： | 分析了民办高校学生党建工作的现状,结合沈阳城市学院实际,在学生党建工作中进行了一些尝试和探索,提出民办高校学生党建导师制工作模式.一方面创新了高校学生党建工作形式,另一方面为教师践行立德树人的使命搭建了新的平台.

| Abstract: | According to the analysis on current situation of Party construction among students in private universities, combining with the specific situation in Shenyang City University, the exploration of party construction work is focused on and a model of tutor system is creatively established. It is a innovation of the working model for Party construction and a platform for teaching staff to cultivate students through tutoring system. |
