| Abstract: | The connotation of ecological government is discussed, and the basic framework of ecological Government is put forward. It is considered that eco government is the key in eco-city construction. Government needs to change the ruling philosophy, and realize its ecological transformation; this requires the government to follow the laws of ecology, and make a wide range of innovations in legal, planning, management, and many other aspects. |
