| Abstract: | The problems of cultural investment system in Liaoning Province are analyzed. By drawing on US-Japan cultural investment system, five suggestions are proposed to deepen the reform of cultural investment system in Liaoning Province： realizing diversification of cultural investment; solving the enterprise restructuring problem of state-owned profit cultural institutions; standardizing government investment behavior; broadening the investment channels of cultural industry; forming the investment approaches of intangible assets of cultural industry. |
