私营企业党建问题浅析

私营企业和私营企业主阶层作为改革开放后，我国实行公有制为主体，多种所有制经济共同发展的基本经济制度后产生的一种新的经营方式和一个新的社会阶层，对其在现阶段我国经济中的地位和作用给予合理的认定，把其中符合党员条件的优秀分子吸收到党内，并在私营企业中合理构建和发挥党组织的作用，引导私营企业和私营企业主阶层健康发展，是增强党的阶级基础，扩大党的群众基础，提高党的社会影响力，巩固党的执政地位的一个重要方面。

The Analysis on the Construction of the Party in Private Enterprises during the New Period

Since the opening and reforming China has conducted the basic economic system in which public possession has been main part with the common development of various economic forms.The new economic system has produced private enterprise and enterprisers,they are a new kind of managing form and a new social stratification.The status and function of private enterprises should be reasonably established,and those enterprisers qualified for the Party member should be absorbed into the Party.In private enterprises the organization of the Party should be set up,which can guide private enterprises and the owners to healthy development.It is an important aspect of strengthening the class basis of the Party,enlarging the mass basis of the Party,improving the social influence of the Party and consolidating the political power of the Party.
