| 摘 要： | 地域环境的非均衡性是地域信息鸿沟形成的外生扰动,信息化有差别地进行区位选择是地域信息鸿沟形成的内生需求。由此显现信息化布局选择的以下特征:信息设施建设的协同需求、信息产业布局的空间集聚、信息技术扩散的梯度效应、信息资源共享的有限性、信息主体质与量的不均等。地域信息鸿沟形成的根本动因是信息化具有较强的空间继承性,而且在空间的运行具有"集聚"或"扩散"的需要。
