| 摘 要： | 目前，环境诉讼在全国范围内已经有了一定程度的展开。但是由于种种原因，在当前的立法与司法现状下，环境纠纷的司法救济途径远未顺畅。司法对环境纠纷介入的深度与广度都有待于进一步提升。完善环境纠纷的司法救济机制是中国环境法实施的一个不可缺失的环节。
