| Abstract: | Based on the comparative analysis on the influencing factors of the mechanism of knowledge sharing, this paper pointed out that the current sharing mechanism should attach great importance to the organization structure and technology, in order to promote the mechanism of knowledge sharing and the estabhshment of knowledge- sharing culture. |
