广东省中超职业足球俱乐部后备人才培养研究* ——以广东省恒大、富力足球俱乐部为例

足球后备人才应走职业化培养道路已经得到广泛认同。但我国足球职业化的发展已经走过近20年，其成绩却一直不理想。出现这种现象的原因是多方面的，主要是由于青少年足球后备人才的足球职业化培养不够成功。近年来广东省中超职业足球俱乐部经过不懈的努力成绩不错，但其后备人才的职业化培养仍不容乐观。研究的重点在于了解广东省高水平中超足球俱乐部后备人才培养现状，找出职业化培养后备人才的不足，为提高后备人才的质量，促进足球运动发展提供参考的理论依据和对策。

Research on the Cultivation of Reserve Talents of Super League Football Clubs in Guangdong Province---Take Guangdong evergrande,R & F soccer club as examples

Football reserve personnel should take the professional training road has been widely recognized. But the development of professional football in China has gone nearly 20 years, the results have been unsatisfactory. There are many reasons for this phenomenon, mainly due to the youth soccer reserve professional football training is not successful enough. In recent years, Guangdong Province Super League professional football club through unremitting efforts to achieve good results, but its reserve personnel training is still not optimistic. The main point of this research is to understand the status quo of the cultivation of reserve talents in the high level football clubs in Guangdong Province, to find out the shortage of professional reserve talents, and to provide references for improving the quality of the reserve talents and promoting the development of football.
