| 摘 要： | 通过采用文献资料、面访、问卷调查、数理统计及实证研究等方法,依据具体化的教学目标,以"主题单元"取代"知识逻辑体系"构建普通高校健美操课"6单元64学时"的内容体系,并进行教学实验与分析.旨在有效完成健美操教学目标,丰富健美操教学理论,深化体育课程与教学的改革.

| Abstract: | Based on concretization of teaching objectives,a complete teaching unit system,in short,6 units 64 periods,of aerobics course in universities has been set up replacing logical system of knowledge,after reviewing and sorting out related literatures.Meanwhile,teaching experiences have been conducted and analyzed,in order to accomplish the teaching objectives of aerobics effectively,enrich the teaching theories of aerobics and thus enrich the reform in physical course and teaching. |
