| Abstract: | Sports theories have proved that emotions controlling is very important for the shooters to carry out all kinds of precise actions to control their guns to shoot,because the shooters' attitudes and their emotions can affect their competitive states and result.In the essay the author wants to explain how different emotions are developed and how positive and negative emotions affect the athletes,what kind of mood state is the best for the shooting contests and how to overcome the negative feelings,according to many years' teaching experience. |
