| 摘 要： | 建筑业在国民经济中占有重要地位并涉及到人民群众的生产生活安全，建筑企业资质管理是政府对建筑市场实行的一项准入制度。在分析了建筑业资质管理存在问题的基础上，指出资质管理应扩大服务范围、减少资质类别、关注执业资格、实施动态管理，并以诚信体系促进资质管理建设。

| Abstract: | Qualification management of construction enterprises is a compulsive market-admittance system by government,because construction industry occupies an important position in national economy and mattars much to people＇s production and life safety. This paper analyzes the problem existing in qualification management, and brings up some solutions for consideration：enlarging service domains,combining some qualification,managing enterprise through certified engineer, actualizing the dynamic model, and paying more attention to constructing credit mechanism. |
