基于灰色系统理论的云南民族村游客满意度调查研究

云南是一个民族文化旅游资源丰富的大省,民族村则当之无愧的成为了云南少数民族文化的缩影。本文通过在云南民族村进行抽样问卷调查的研究方式,对在民族村游览的游客主体行为特征及其对景区各项因子的满意度进行了调查,并运用灰系统理论对进行了数据分析,得到了游客对景区的满意度,提出了云南民族村现今存在的问题,希望能对云南民族村今后的发展起到一定的指导作用。
