关于教师进修院校发展若干问题的思考

新时期教师进修院校面临着如何“强身健体”、提质提效，更好地为提升中小学教师队伍素质服务的重要而又紧迫的课题。文章就福建省教师进修院校如何破解办学条件差、师资队伍不精不强、培训质量不高、校园面貌不佳、“无位无为”等发展难题提出若干思路和措施。

Thoughts on the Few Issues Concerning the Development of Teacher Training Colleges

In the new period,teacher training colleges are faced with the important and urgent issue of how to becomestronger,better and more efficient so as to better improve the quality of elementary and middle school teachers.This article puts forwards some approaches and measures to the solving of such problems as poor school conditions,low quality of the teaching staff,the ineffectiveness of the training,the limited space of the campuses,and no place no career.
