制陶材料优化设计数学模型的建立与评价

摘    要:为了寻找使得硅酸盐(Si2N4)制陶材料的强度达到最优的工艺条件,通过对试验和测量数据的收集,我们利用多元线性回归求解法,建立了合理的回归方程数学模型.通过对试验结果的分析,我们寻找到了使得强度最大的最优工艺条件;最后,我们还对所建立的模型进行了误差分析,并做出了相应的评价.该模型在生产经营实践中有一定的应用价值.

Abstract:In Order to find out the best polytechnic conditions of achieving the greatest Strength of silicate(Si_3N_4),ceramics material,a reasonable mathematical model is built by using multianalytisis 1inear regression method based on the collection of the experiments results and measurement datum.Then analysis of the outcomes of the experiment is conducted to yield the result,the best polytechnic conditions of achieving the greatest strength of Silicate.Finally,the errors of the model are analyzed and judged.This model is very usefsul in the field of producing and practice.
