师范院校农村大学生就业问题的现实思考

通过自制问卷对师范院校农村大学生调查发现,由于其背景、条件与自我认识的局限,无论是就业期望还是择业能力与城镇大学生相比都存在明显差距,表现出自我期望值不高、自信程度不足、自主择业能力不强等问题。面对就业现实则表现为就业心理准备不够、就业选择面不够宽、实践能力锻炼不足、就业引导不够深入等问题。本文针对发现的问题从五个方面提出了相应的思考。

Thonghts on the Employment Issues of Rural Students in Normal Universities

Through our DIY questionnaire survey on rural students in normal universties,we found that because of the liminations of backgrounds,conditions and self-awareness,there are gaps in both the expectation of employment and the ability of vocational selection between rural and urban students.The rural students have problems of low self-expectation,lack of confidence,and their abilities of job-hunting by themselves are not strong and so on.When faced with the reality of employment,they have problems such as lack of psychological preparations of employment,and narrow options of jobs.They are in lack of practice and employment guide.We put forward the corresbonding thoughts of the issues in five aspects.
