| 摘 要： | 在科技飞速发展、人才流动较快的情况下,传统的德国二元制以及所谓的校内理论教学+校内实训+校外实习的培养模式,并不完全适应我国高职教育的实际。要想使学生把理论与实践较好地结合起来,并充分培养学生的创新能力,使之适应社会的发展,探索新的高职培养模式势在必行。
