以后现代思潮为背景,根据叙事疗法在西方及港台的发展,探讨了叙事疗法的心理治疗观及其在中国发展的重要意义。概述自我观在西方思想传统中的转变及作为叙事思想在心理治疗中的运用,提供了当前叙事疗法的雏形,提出简明叙事疗法模式。

Narrative Therapy: Constructing a New Approach to Psychotherapy

Postmodernist thought has come to an era when counseling psychology is inevitably influenced by its profound insights. This paper tries to uncover the critical significance of the emerging approach in China. At first a review of the development of the understanding of self in western tradition is presented in order to make accessible the concept "narrative constructs self". Then an introduction of narrative therapy abroad is given, followed by a "Brief Narrative Therapy Model" for the reference of further research.
