| 摘 要： | 本研究通过对高校体育教练员的调查,从28个因子的总得分来分析教练员之间在创新心理品质、创新能力方面存在的差异.调查结果显示,对教师创新心理素质有显著性影响的变量有学历、性别、从事专项.目的在于力图引导广大教练员朝着良好的创新品质及能力发展,从而促进创新活动的顺利进行.
