摘    要:互助式学习是在教师的指导下,依据学生体能、技能个性为特征原则,自愿组合的一种相互配合、相互帮助、相互激励、相互竞争的教学形式,以更好地实现学生在教学中的主体地位,激发学习的主动性和自主性,实现体育教学的最优化.事实证明,体育课采用互助式学习有巨大的优越性.

Abstract:Collaborative learning,according to students’ physical ability and characters,is a teaching method which under the guide of teachers advocates freewill combination,interaction,mutual helping,encouragement and competition.This method will be able to build the mainstay of students in teaching process,arouse their initiative and autonomy.At the same time,it achieves the optimization of physical training.Facts show that adopting the method of collaborative learning in physical courses has great superiority.
