| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料等方法,探讨合球运动的历史起源、技术规则以及合球运动的健身功能和教育价值.进而阐述了高校开展合球运动,是促进高校体育教学和教改的一项重要内容.并且结合目前合球运动在我国的普及程度和高校开展的实际情况,顺应新时期＂阳光体育＂潮流,提出相应的发展对策.
