| 摘 要： | NBA联盟的利益关系实质上就是委托代理关系、契约关系和产权关系,通过对NBA联盟中各企业和组织之间的关系分析,有助于各企业和组织之间的协调和合作。NBA联盟的可持续发展,得益于NBA利益相关群体关系的明晰化和有效性,以及资源的合理配置,对我国CBA联赛的发展有一定的借鉴作用。 |
