| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the technology RIA and the status quo of petroleum enterprise informationization,this study proves the necessity and feasibility of constructing petroleum enterprise informationization based on technology RIA and puts forward a preliminary plan for constructing a practical technical framework of the information platform.It analyzes the structures and the relationship between the administrative levels and proves that it is instrumental for enhancing the level of petroleum enterprise informationization. |
