摘    要:高校图书馆主要服务对象是高校学生,调查研究表明,不同性别、学科、学历和年级对服务形象均存在显著性差异。提升高校图书馆的服务形象,重点应细化并锁定服务要素,文章针对调查中所发现的问题,制定相应的措施。

Abstract:University library is for serving university students. Investigation and study shows that,service image diversifies according to different gender,subject and education.To improve the service image of university library,primarily service factors shall be detailed and decided.The paper puts forward relevant countermeasures according to the problems found in the investigation.
