| 摘 要： | 电子化政府在实现政府职能方面有着独特的优势.我国应把构建电子化政府作为国家发展的一项战略性措施来抓.目前我国电子化政府建设还存在一些比较突出的问题，应采取相应的有效措施，努力解决，以推动电子化政府的健康发展。
