| 摘 要： | 提出用拓扑指数(TI)对电网结构与其性能之间的关系进行定量分析,从而对各级电网结构的合理性从定量的角度加以度量。在介绍完基本概念和定理之后,利用这些结论对高压、中低压网络结构与性能之间的关系进行了分析。

| Abstract: | This paper uses topology index for quantitative analysis of the connection between electric power network composition and capability,so that it can give a quantitative evaluation for reasonability from all levels.After introducing basic definitions and theories,the paper makes use of these conclusions to analyze grid structure of high voltage and middle voltage as well as the connection between them and their capability performance. |
