新时期思想政治工作现状及对策研究

随着改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的发展，高校作为培养高素质人才的基地愈发显示出其重要性，作为高校教育工作重要组成部分的思想政治工作也变得更加重要。思想政治工作对学生形成正确的人生观、价值观，树立坚定的政治方向起着关键性作用。然而，伴随着高等教育的发展，以及国内外政治经济格局的变化，高校思想政治工作在面临着理论灌输与现实把握脱节，思想认识与教育观念偏颇、工作模式落后、教师队伍不稳定等新同题，面对这些问题笔从自身工作实践出发提出了加强和改进高校思想政治工作的若干对策，藉此希望对高校思想政治工作作出一些合理性建议。

On the Prescnt Situation and Countermeasures of Ideology in the New Era

With the development of modernization and opening a nd reforming. The university as the base for training high quality personnel of higher education is playing a more and more important role . Political education as one of the importnt parts in higher education is becomi ng more and more important. It is w ell received that political education plays a key part in modeling outlook of li fe, value of life, and setting up a strong political orientation in the students ' ideology. However, with the development of higher education and influenced by the domestic and foreign economic and political situations, the political educat ion in universifies is facing a more and more deviation when considering combini ng the theory indoctrination with actual social situation, ideology with educ at ion ideology, lagging behind of the working mode, and the instability of teacher s. In this paper, the author intends to put forward several practical suggestion s according to the author's own working experience hoping that these suggestions will be helpful to the work of improving political education in uiversities.
