酒店专业学生服务意识培养的途径与技巧

摘    要:随着社会的发展,人民生活水平的提高,酒店业是异军突起,数量在急剧增长,需要更多的有专业技能的服务从业人员。在硬件越来越好的情况下,服务成为很多酒店主要竞争力,而酒店专业的学生却对服务行业的认知度很低,为了适应行业现状,提高学生对服务行业的认识,培养学生的服务意识,现提出几点建议。

Abstract:As the society develops and people's living standards improves,hotel industry has been briskly boomed to big numbers,and more professionals in the industry are accordingly needed.Service comes to constitue more of a hotel's competitive stength under the circumstance of the same quality facilities.While students of hotel management major are not fully aware of this service sector.This article is with suggestions of helping the students learn about the current situation of the industry and cultivate their sense of service.
